DIY Essential Oil Diffuser From a Simple Clay Pot

Years ago I sold essential oils in a herbal gift shop with my sister. We carried all kinds of aromatherapy items, taught classes and sold lots of wonderful smelling gifts. One of the things we carried were ceramic diffusers that heated water and essential oils with a candle.

If you like essential oils you probably have a diffuser already but, if you feel like being crafty and want to make one you can easily do it with a clay flower pot. Just purchase a clay saucer that will fit on the top of the pot.

You can paint them or live them au naturale and before you know it you a cool diffuser for just a couple of bucks.
