SUPPLIES
CD or DVD
Small binder clips
Spray paint (for binder clips)
Scrapbook or other printed paper
Glue or spray adhesive
Misc. items for decorating i.e. artificial flowers, ribbon, etc.






Trace your CD onto colored paper. You can cover both sides or even spray paint the back if desired.






Two small binder clips make perfect feet!






Spray paint your binder clips.






Cut a photo into a perfect circle for the center of your frame.
