A Beautiful New French Covering for the Chair

AFTER- This is the after photo of my upholstery project, perhaps myA most ambitious project in upholstery yet.

View of the back. I could not find fabric I liked so I shopped Ebay, my go to shopping location. I found this French fabric at a very affordable price. I also found the cording and the gimp.

I bought the chair in a resale store, it had been recently reupholstered, not to my liking. I liked the rustic, aged wood so cleaned it and left it alone. I removed all of the fabric and saw how it was done so I followed the process in reverse.

Pretty in pink, just not my taste

Straight lines, I got lucky. I learned that you glue the cording on instead of stapeling, YAY!!
