Old French Farmhouse

My husband and I moved to France in November and are planning to redecorate our farmhouse so each room is predominantly grey and white.
We have started with the kitchen. It looked like this.....

Thanks to Wilkinsons' Silver Birch paint on the walls and over the green grout then Fountain paint on the cupboards, table, chairs and dresser. We then streaked Briwax over the doors to age them. New knobs on all cupboards and it now looks like this....

The dresser was very dark wood and the chairs and table were pine. The curtains were in our bedroom in our old house and my best friend sewed them for us so they needed to be incorporated somewhere in the new house and the patio door was the only place they could go as the bedroom windows are all about 2 feet square!
